Glenfern Sanctuary的点评
点评：We loved Glenfern Sanctuary, i's secluded and peaceful.
It provides an all in one booking service (accommodation, flights and car hire) at competitive prices.
The team there are warm, welcoming and knowledgeable.
It's a slice of paradise, with its fabulous Loop Walk - kauri, nikau, pōhutukawa, manuka, birds and birdsong, fabulous views and Sunset Rock. But the highlight had to be climbing onto the viewing platform in the canopy of a large kauri tree.
The Cottage was clean, tidy and welcoming, with a fire and loads of wood, books and puzzles , a good sized fridge and freezer, great inside and outside seating spaces, and fresh eggs available if the chooks are laying.
There's access to remote beaches, bays, waterfalls, swimming holes, marae, walks and tramps. The roads are windy, but nothing is far away.
The nearby Port Fitzroy shop was well stocked with supplies, including fresh fruit n veges.
We'll be back, and would definitely recommend.
