Center Parcs Whinfell Forest的点评
点评：We arrived at Winfell forest for a 4 night break. We booked a dog friendly lodge. We arrived at 2pm however we waited in a queue in the car for about 45mins just to check in. We were told to park in car park B, however we couldn't find a space as many people had parked over 2 parking bays which are clearly marked. After several minutes driving around we eventually found a space. On entering our lodge we were totally disappointed it was filthy. There was hairs on the toilet, none of the floors had been swept. On making a cup of tea we noticed food debry on the plates and cutlery and the cups were slimmey inside so we had to wash all the crockery and cutlery before it could be used. I contacted housekeeping and they came to do an inspection and apologised. They asked if we would like someone to come out a do another clean, however I declined advising I would rather clean myself. The hairs on the floor was no ones business. This was our first visit to centre Parcs and definitely our last.
翻译：我们抵达 Winfell 森林，准备在这里度过 4 晚。我们预订了一间允许携带宠物狗入住的旅馆。我们下午 2 点到达，但是仅为了办理入住手续，我们在车里排了大约 45 分钟的队。我们被告知要停在 B 停车场，但是我们找不到车位，因为很多人把车停在了两个有明确标记的停车位上。绕了几分钟后，我们终于找到了一个车位。进入旅馆后，我们非常失望，因为里面很脏。马桶上有头发，地板也没有扫过。泡茶时，我们发现盘子和餐具上有食物残渣，杯子里面很黏，所以我们不得不先洗干净所有的餐具和陶器才能使用。我联系了客房服务，他们来检查并道了歉。他们问我们是否需要有人再来打扫一次，但是我拒绝了，说我宁愿自己打扫。地板上的头发不关别人的事。这是我们第一次参观中心公园，也绝对是最后一次。
