Tanger Outlets Phoenix的点评
点评：The stores and shoppes are nice enough. My only issue was the unexpected $35 parking fee.
Because of the proximity to Desert Diamond Arena and State Farm Stadium, the management of Tánger Outlets takes the opportunity to charge parking fees even if you’re just going to shop. I can understand taking advantage of a moneymaking opportunity, but why penalize your shoppers?! There was no consolation or incentive to shop—no coupons, vouchers, refunds before a certain time, etc. And if you’re there as start-time nears or as the event ends…make sure you allot some extra time in your day.
It is unlikely that you’ll see advanced notification of the parking fee, so beware of the possibility. If you’re traveling or just visiting, Phoenix Premium Outlet is a safer option—one that I now frequent and have yet to encounter surprise parking fees. There are also lots of malls available for a pleasant shopping experience.
