点评:It's our last day in Iceland and we made one last stop to Keflavik before heading to the airport. Our server at the Rain restaurant (who was also amazing) recommended we stop by this "troll tree house," where some families bring their children and their old pacifiers there, as a symbol of growing up and out of use of their pacifier. The house is just about a 7-10 min walk from the restaurant (which is also a great place for traditional Icelandic food and views by the water!).
This little cave house is nestled in between a yacht area and what looks to be residential housing, and honestly never would have noticed it if she didn't mention it! Inside there is a giant-size version of everyday items, such as a chairs, toothbrush bed, and more, for Giganta the troll! You will also see her :) as well as the tree of pacifiers! It may be a small space, but it's something different, and a quick unique spot to visit right before heading to the airport (<12 min away).
This is a GREAT spot to bring your kids, and adults who enjoy the quirky :)
