Run down, tired and sad !

点评：Arrived and was told no record of our booking, then told main computer not working but would sort it. On first impressions it looks dirty and run down, changing rooms look dirty, mirrors dirty, floor dirty, wet towels left everywhere, lockers broken and half you couldn’t lock, there were no hand towels to dry your hands after going to the loo and the hand drier didn’t work properly. Going into the pool area, not enough chairs also they needed a good clean, all foot spas broken, tiles missing off the stone loungers, pool was ok, outside jacuzzi had a lot of foam on the top, not sure how clean it was.
Afternoon tea wasn't much better, wasn’t told what was in the sandwiches, you were in trouble if you were a vegetarian, bread hard, fillings sparse.
It’s a real shame it has the potential to be really good, it’s been neglected and it seems the staff have been too, not a lot of smiling going on, it all seemed abit of an effort, and they were bored, dragging a plastic bin over to the tables to put rubbish in, broken locker front left by the doors, plastic flowers, rusty tables and threads hanging off chairs.
