Outdated Facilities and Unwelcoming Atmosphere, Saved Only by One Great Treatment

点评：Visited with a friend for a relaxing day, but overall, the experience fell short.
The spa facilities are quite outdated and feel neglected — the steam room and foot spas were out of order, and the sauna and laconicum (while functional) were so small they made for an uncomfortably intimate experience with strangers. Robes and towels were worn out, and basic amenities like tea and coffee — advertised as available throughout the visit — were nowhere to be found. Even the water jugs were often empty or not working properly.
The atmosphere was also let down by mostly unwelcoming and disengaged staff. We rarely saw anyone around to ask for help.
That said, the one highlight was my facial and massage — the therapist was absolutely lovely and truly excellent. She turned what would have been a disappointing day into a decent one.
Overall, this spa didn’t meet even basic expectations. It is what you make of it, but don't expect much.
