Very disappointing

点评：I was disappointed with several aspects of my recent visit. The steam room was out of order and we weren’t advised beforehand which we were particularly looking forward to. The water refill stations were regularly empty, and the foot spas were also not working. While there were plenty of chairs available, there were only four loungers, which were always occupied, making it difficult to properly relax. The ladies changing rooms were also not very clean, which was disappointing for a spa setting.
On a more positive note, the gym facilities were good and well equipped, and the afternoon tea was lovely. The full body scrub was very good. However, the massages were a letdown. My friend and I booked the same treatment but had very different experiences. We weren’t asked about our preferred pressure, and the massage itself was extremely gentle and didn’t feel particularly effective.
It was a shame, as we were really looking forward to a relaxing and special day for our milestone birthdays. With a few improvements, the spa has the potential to offer a much better experience overall.
