A great fun course with some big elevation changes for Florida

点评：Booked the first time of the day and was paired with a chap who had elected to play the course off the back tees so I thought why not. We felt that initially we were a bit rushed by the starters and we had slots 1 and 3 and there were 4 locals in slot 2 who wanted to go at their original time which meant my partner had to forgo his warm balls that he had bought (he did get them refunded). It was lucky that he had played the course before as from the second green it wasn't clear at all where to go but he knew, on my own i may have got lost. There were several good holes including the long par 3 4th across the valley and the tricky 7th with a huge lake short left. The back 9 starts with risk reward par 4 with a big lake left before some strong par 4s and a long par 3. Golf became a lot harder for the rest of the trip on 14 when in my downswing i heard a strange noise and then saw my ball and lower portion of my 5 wood head down the fairway in different directions but i still managed to compose myself for the signature hole, the par 3 15th across a lake with the club name in the hill behind us. A solid par on the last meant that i managed to finish with an 88 that i was very happy with. The bar was good and i recommend a Kona Big Wave to quench your thirst. For $59 dollars green fee this was a bargain and i would defiantly play here again if i got the chance.
