Lovely Spa but left disappointed

点评：I have been to this spa a couple of times now and my first experience was a good one. The facial was lovely and the lady that did it took her time and put a lot of enthusiasm into it. The down side was, she applied a mask and left me for 20!! Minutes with it on. She completely left the room. I was disappointed as I don’t find this relaxing and when you’re paying a decent amount for a service you don’t expect to be left alone. I think it would have been nicer if she gave me a neck/ shoulder or head massage while the mask was on.. my second time was for a different facial, and was with another lady. She started 10mins late but finished on time. It all felt very rushed and again a mask was applied and she left the room while it was on. So instead of a 40min service I got about 30mins of products being slapped on and 5mins of that being left on my own. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but unfortunately I was so disappointed I felt I had to. The ladies are all so friendly and seem lovely, the atmosphere is nice. But I think they need to work on punctuality and incorporating massages while masks are left on. Thank you!
