点评:Rarely will I write a negative review. I always give the owner / manager the opportunity to respond, which I did. Firstly, this is a pitch and putt course, not a par 3 course, as the owner stated to me. It’s going though a stage of upgrading which is needed. The greens are simply not green standard, more like teeing off areas. I played 2 holes and asked for a refund on the above grounds. The older lady said ‘absolutely not’ as I had played 2 holes. I asked for the manager who I was told was not there, so I left. Walking back to the car, he miraculously appeared. He actually agreed with everything I said! However, all he said was how expensive it was to upgrade, maintenance and how it was still good value. Well 33 euro to play the same 9 twice, it’s not. I luckily had only paid 20 euro each. If I had know beforehand it was a pitch and putt, I simply would not have done. I also pointed out how misleading the website photos were, and he said well everyone does that.. Lovely! We all have different standards of customer care it seems. I was simply disappointed , especially with how my complaint was handled!
