Beautiful thermal complex but disappointing customer service

点评：The thermal complex itself is beautiful and offers many nice saunas and relaxation areas. Unfortunately my visit was significantly affected by an unpleasant situation.
After one of the sauna shows (“Euphoria”) I left my Crocs outside the sauna, as required by the rules (shoes are not allowed inside the sauna). When I came back after a shower, my shoes were gone and another pair was left there instead. Obviously another guest accidentally took mine.
I spent a large part of my visit trying to find my shoes and waiting for the person to return, which unfortunately never happened.
What disappointed me most was the reaction of customer service afterwards. They simply stated that they do not take responsibility for lost items and refused even a small goodwill gesture.
Considering that guests are required to leave their shoes outside the sauna, I expected a more customer-friendly approach.
A very unfortunate end to what could otherwise have been a relaxing visit.
