Knoxville Civic Auditorium and Coliseum的点评
点评：Wish I could leave negative stars- this place doesn't even deserve a one star rating.
This is the absolute worst place I've ever seen a concert- in my life. To add context, I've seen hundreds of concerts over the span of 35 years. I've been to great places, and not great venues- this one takes the cake!
Cons:
- You're not allowed to bring in ANY refillable water bottles (empty or full)
- There are no water fountains in the coliseum. In fact, when I asked where I could find the "free water," they laughed at me and said there was no free water, no water fountains, etc. She "supposed" I could use the bathroom sink, which I did after rinsing down the mucus someone else spit out in the sink
- They intentionally closed the only women's bathroom in the upper section where we sat- forcing a disabled woman behind me to walk to the other end of the coliseum. They put two employees onto the task of watching that bathroom so no one would go in there. How about assigning one of them to clean the restroom, instead of preventing others from using it
- The place was literally the hottest indoor venue I've ever been to. The temperature where I was sitting at the beginning of the first set was 86 degrees, and it only went up from there
- There's a general sense of disregard and rudeness by the venue staff.
This place needs major renovation, or to be removed altogether. Additionally, the farming out management to Axis may not be the best approach. They seem entirely profit motivated and have little no interest in the guest experience.
Knoxville should be ashamed as the owners of such a dilapidated albatross. Will NEVER return- not even if a band if playing there that I've wanted to see my entire life. NOPE!
