点评：I visited the Hippodrome last night to see the Michael Jackson tribute show, which was absolutely fantastic. Unfortunately during the performance I became unwell and experienced a medical episode, passing out in my seat.
I just want to say a heartfelt thank you to the amazing staff who looked after me so kindly and professionally. Tim, Justin, and another gentleman whose name I sadly didn’t catch were absolutely brilliant. They acted quickly, reassured me, and couldn’t have done more to help. I was taken to a cooler room, given water and an ice pack, and they stayed with me to make sure I was okay before offering me alternative seating so I could still enjoy the rest of the show.
Their attentiveness and genuine care made a difficult moment much easier, and I’m incredibly grateful for how well I was looked after. It’s rare to come across such compassionate and responsive service, and I won’t forget it.
Thank you again to the wonderful team at the Hippodrome – you truly went above and beyond!
