点评：Entry fee is 150 mxn pp. However, if you want to take a photo under water.. an additional 100 mxn apply.. staff extremely rude and abusive when "additional charge" challenged. We were told this was a private place with its own rules.. whoever put these rules in place should go to the underworld in his/her cenote...
What a bad way to treat the customers, they even asked me why we were here in Tulum. Certainly, I wonder that myself, as this area has changed so much and the tourists are not being treated with respect.
La entrada son 150 pesos. Pero si quieres tomar una foto debajo del agua... 100 pesos mas! Cuando dijimos que era ridiculo! Un miembro del staff se puso muy violento. Me dijo que era un sitio privado y que estas eran sus reglas. Quien sea que haya puesto estas reglas ya se puede ir al inframundo en su propio cenote!
Que manera de tratar a los clientes, incluso me dijeron que para que habiamos venido.. Tulum ha cambiado mucho y los turistas no son tratados con respeto
