Khoa Yai and Beyond的点评
点评：Khao Yai is worth a visit if you are in Thailand and interested in nature. It was quite busy when we were there due to a combination of long weekend and ranger training camp. Also the park seems quite cultivated in the main visiting areas. Therefore not full five stars.
This had nothing to do with Deaw, who is a master of the forest. He is very in tune with the environment. I have no idea how he spotted some of the animals. We saw elephant, gibbons, snakes, otter, scorpions, hedgehogs, foxes, deer, bats, civet, gaur. He arranged transportation and we stayed overnight in one of the park's simple but comfortable cabins.
Forest safari is difficult as the animals easily hide, so expect to hike to see anything. Support the local guides. Don't hesitate to book a trip with Khao Yai and beyond. Draw will take you to the less crowded areas.
