Pleasant evening out to see Christmas Lights

点评：Very nice driving tour of Christmas Lights. Heavily sponsored by the entire community of Ruston.
Every visiting camper in the park had their own Christmas light display. People were out in lawn chairs and interacting with the public. Traffic was slow enough that children were hanging out windows and sunroofs yelling MerryChristmas at every vehicle that had their windows open. We yelled back. It added to their enjoyment and ours!
The fire department had a grinch theme and had several live grinches waiving and interacting. They also had a firetruck throwing a huge stream of water out over the lake.
Admission was $10. Very reasonable price. We went early so it was not very crowded but traffic still slowed at times.
It was a nice drive through the park. The website said that it is a three mile drive.
