This is the one - out best beach in the Esperance area

点评：There are probably 10 beaches in the Esperance area that would be the best beach pretty much anywhere else in the world. They are blessed with the whitest and softest sand as well as brilliantly clear water so there is an abundance of riches for the beach goer. We tried all the most highly rated beaches in the area and this was our clear favourite, for a number of reasons.
Lucky Bay was a bit disappointing for such a highly rated beach - stunningly beautiful - but packed with 4WDs and quite exposed to the wind, which was unrelenting during our week in Esperance - and kicks up sand and makes it chilly, even in Summer when combined with the cold water. Wharton similarly stunning but also packed with 4WDs but at least some areas where you can get out of the wind. And both quite a drive from Esperance.
Twilight has a beautiful protected area, interesting rock formations etc - and very close. The downside is that it can get crowded - but if you want to get away from the crowds you simply need to move further down the very long beach, away from the parking area. Blue haven was nice, but quite a small beach area, 10 mile lagoon also worth going to for slightly warmer, shallower water protected behind a reef (be great for those with small kids). So Twilight our clear favourite.
