What sets Hawa Beach apart is its local character. It’s not as crowded or touristy, and you’ll often see local fishermen working on their boats, women selling fresh fruits, and the occasional game of beach cricket. The setting is authentic and still holds onto that coastal village charm.
The beach itself is clean, though not perfectly pristine. The water is swimmable in some areas, but do be mindful of the strong currents lifeguards are usually present, but it's always wise to check conditions. It's more of a scenic spot to relax or walk, rather than a swimming or water sports destination.
