Scenic wine, tasting under the trees

点评：We visited Plaisir as part of our Wine Tram day.
Beautiful Cape Dutch architecture in a peaceful setting what's not to like.
We had a very good wine tasting session with a number of their red and white wines.
The staff were very professional and gave lots of information on the wines we were tasting.
They produce a lovely Chardonnay along with a good Cabinet Sauvingion red. Both were easy to drink. I found their Merlot still a little young for my taste, but still ordered a few bottles to keep in the cellar to drink later.
Sitting under the trees it was one of the places you could have spent the day, just sipping on their fine wines, but we had to get the next tram on our trip.
Will definitely recommend a visit here, be it on the tram or an individual trip to spend more time.
