点评：Sonrisa was mentioned by a Spanish friend whose tour was in Spanish but Raisa organised the English speaking tour for us and it was a good recommendation.
Riasa communicated very well from the beginning and enquired what activities and sights we were interested in seeing and doing.
After gathering information Riasa sent us a bespoke itinerary for 6 days of sightseeing, taking into account one of us had a reduced mobility. He also recommended a days break in the middle of the 6 days to rest.
He was punctual, polite ,helpful and amended some of the tour as he learnt more about us.
We learnt a lot about Bali culture and history from Raisa and were given an insight of the daily life of Balinese people.
We were given time during the day to be by ourselves which was appreciated.
As someone with reduced mobility I felt included in every trip and Raisa was considerate to my limitations.
We would recommend Sonrisa as we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in their company.
