点评：As a golf enthusiast, I must admit that playing in such a natural and privileged setting is, in many ways, a true pleasure. The landscape is beautiful, and the surroundings have enormous potential. For any golfer, it should feel like a privilege to enjoy a course located in such an impressive environment.
However, the reality throughout the course tells a very different story.
During the round, it is impossible not to notice unfinished buildings and partially constructed properties, some of which appear to be illegally occupied. This creates a sense of neglect and lack of proper management that contrasts sharply with what one would expect from a golf course of this category.
In addition, several palm trees along the course have clearly not been properly maintained, with dead branches still hanging instead of being trimmed. Small details like this contribute to an overall image of abandonment.
Even more concerning is the visible damage to nearby homes. In the properties closest to the golf course, one can clearly see broken roof tiles, shutters, and even windows caused by golf balls. This is not a minor issue — it reflects a serious and ongoing problem that undoubtedly affects the quality of life of the residents.
