Prested Hall Spa - a complete joke!

点评：Visited the Spa late November and had some immediate concerns the venue was getting very tired, but thought I give them the benefit of doubt and buy £195 worth of vouchers for one of my wife's Christmas gifts.
Time flew this year, and I realised I hadn't booked her special day in and my vouchers had expired 31/05/23. Being local I thought I'd ask for a short extension but had trouble actually speaking to anyone, so emailed them.
Had this automated response. "Thank you for your interest in Prested Hall SPA We are not currently offering spa services at Prested Hall".
With obvious concerns I asked for a senior member of staff to reply and had their Director reply back to me in a very aggressive manor, basically saying my voucher was out of date, they wouldn't extend and "I am sorry if this not what you would have expected but I am confident that we are in the rules of law to suggest the above."
I would strongly suggest you book somewhere that actually offers customer service/cares for their customers!
