点评:I really like Whitworth Park. In the past we took our children to ride their bikes there and it is in a beautiful setting. The cafe serves really excellent food and the staff in there are lovely. They do take a while to clear the tables when diners have left so they could probably do with an extra pair of hands to help out in that respect because the staff work really hard. My only criticism is the disabled access. I took my elderly mother for a stroll with her walker and we parked in the lower/main car park. She managed to push her stroller up the steep path to get up to the cafe for brunch first but she really struggled going back down the slope and I had to stand in front of her walker to ensure it didn’t run away with her. This is very poor. If you want to eat/drink at the cafe AND have a nice walk in the park then you need to be aware of this steep disabled access which in my opinion is not accessible at all. If we came again I would park in the upper car park to access the cafe then I would have to drive my mum around to the lower car park to get out again for a walk. Not ideal at all.
