Club De Golf Bonalba的点评
点评：12 of us played golf at Bonalba Golf in early October 2025.
To say the greens were in a poor condition is an understatement.
We raised the issue on our return and I have just received the following response through our booking agent.
My advice - stay well clear of this golf course -
"Good morning Jack,
Thank you for your message and for sharing your client’s feedback.
Believe me, Jack, I have personally spoken with our management team to try to arrange some kind of goodwill gesture. Unfortunately, they have not approved any additional compensation. As I mentioned in my previous email, they confirmed that the current green fee rate already reflects the condition of the course at that time.
I completely understand your client’s point of view and sincerely regret that their experience did not fully meet their expectations. I truly am sorry, but there is nothing more I can do in this case.
Your clients will always be welcome at Bonalba, and we sincerely appreciate your continued support and understanding.
