Great hotel poor lived Golf experience.
Club De Golf El Rompido的点评
点评：This review is purely on our experience of the golf aspect of our holiday, the hotel which I believe is separate was very good.
From our arrival it became clear that our 4 ball (booked some 10 months earlier) was an incumbrance due to the competitions the golf Club had taken on. Our pre arranged tee times had been significantly changed to the point that they did not resembled what was booked. The staff on the desk were polite but that's where such assumed curiosity ended. The vast majority of the rest of the golf club team were rude and NO seemed to be the stock answer. As a group we have visited El Rompido over 12 times in the past 15 years, 2025 was the last. In summary, hotel is really good and we would recommend it, the golf club however is poor in both it's customer service and lived experience. Additionally, it is evident Golf Travel companies have little or no influence over such things so we would recommend looking at what the big companies like Jet2 or TUI for example can offer.
