GO NOW to experience the Al Hosn festival (Jan 25 thru Feb 9 2025)

点评：If you are in Abu Dhabi these next few days, you ABSOLUTELY need to visit Qasr Al Hosn, where they are hosting the Al Hosn festival from now until February 9th. It is an absolutely incredible celebration of Emirati culture and heritage. I think there were more locals than tourists at the event.
It starts at 4pm and ends at 11. Tickets can be bought on site for about 35 AED each. We stayed for almost 6 hours.
The festival includes entrance to the fort. There were falcon shows, Saluki (hunting dogs), camels and goats on display. Food stalls (you need to exchange tokens) where the food and drinks were reasonably priced. Absolutely incredible shows of dancing, and with horses. The end is this insane dance where hundreds of people march in a procession.
Absolute highlight of my trip to Abu Dhabi. I hope that you will also make the trip to experience the festival.
