A smooth operation
Weald of Kent Golf Club的点评
点评：15 ladies on an Awayday from our usual golf club.
We booked the winter prices of bacon roll and 18 holes.
We also decided to order from the menu for our after golf meal.
The pro shop asked us to pre order our food prior to arrival.
The service in the bar & restaurant was brilliant, the ease of 15 separate payments for meals at the pro shop was a stroke of genius (I envisaged some stressed waitress moving around the table with a card machine ….WHICH WASNT THE CASE).
The pro shop were sooo helpful and quick to respond to absolutely anything!
We had reserved buggies….with baited breath and prayers for kind weather (remember it’s UK Autumn)….at 8am buggy’s were permitted…I checked with a phone call….unfortunately by 9am the pro shop had to call me back due to a massive downpour of rain…no buggy’s permitted…You can’t win them all…but appreciated the phone call 👍
The course was great and probably proves more of a challenge of course management for our shorter distance strikers because of the ditch….the “thinking woman’s course”..
The ladies tee boxes could have received a little more TLC
Other than that….my group were full of compliments for the day!
We would love to return and it is top of my list for a golfing group outing!
