点评：I did write a review sometime ago, which I wasn’t happy but it looks like things have turned around doing much better for I have been bowling there for many years. I have been on to Bowling Team‘s at these Deltona lanes been on the same team with the same people for a few years now. But I wrote a review sometime ago, which I was unhappy about the way was running, but it seems that things have turned around for the better, but I have one thing to say I received a letter this past week complaining about me. I have done nothing wrong at the facility so I don’t understand why they sent me the letter complaining that I don’t long as you be able to go back to the Bowling alley which I am until Team is there I get along with everybody. I made it two years old. I don’t curse or anything like that. The people at the service desk are doing great now no problems when I order something no problem. When I received the letter, I went to the Bowling alley and spoke to Karen very nice young lady and she told me she will get in touch with. I guess with the manager to see what this is all about someone call me on my phone by the name of Scott CHAUNCE and left a message for me to call him back and I did twice left a message never received a phone call back the number that he gave me was 9092404789. I wanted to resolve the problem and I’d like to know what home did I close at the facility? I made it two years old and I don’t have any problems with anybody at the bowling alley. Anyway, I hope you can resolve this problem because I would love to continue bowling at the bowling alley since I’ve been there for so many years.
