点评：After reading all the awful reviews on here, our expectations were low to say the very least. What a fabulous afternoon we had. There is new management and a new team and a major refurbishment. All the staff were brilliant and the facilities were lovely and good value for money. Lots of beautifully clean hot tubs, a plunge pool, sauna, steam room and Salt relaxing room, as well as a peaceful outside area in which to relax. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. My salt body scrub treatment was a delight and my skin feels beautiful and soft. It is quite a small area, but perfectly laid out. The only suggestion I would make would be to provide one locker per person and an extra towel each. The robes were beautifully washed and pure white. The lady on the reception in the Spa was very welcoming and her customer service was excellent.
We had coffee in the reception lounge before heading to the Morritt Hotel for our Afternoon Tea. The afternoon tea was excellent - beautifully fresh and most of it looked and tasted home made. Lovely moist cakes and warm scones - just delightful.
