点评：Booked in for an 80 minute treatment to redeem a Christmas gift voucher. Arrived five minutes early (which I thought really was a bit late!) to find the place locked with no staff to be seen. I had to go to the hotel reception (where again no staff) and wait for someone to appear. They said they would phone the spa to get them to let me in. I entered the spa at the time my treatment was meant to start. The welcome was incredibly lukewarm, I felt incredibly awkward! The staff member who did my massage didn’t introduce herself, and wasn’t chatty or friendly, the communication was bare minimum. The room was a little chilly and I was covered by a towel throughout the massage rather than a blanket. I’m really short and not a plus size and I didn’t feel at all warm or cosy. The massage was bang average, very wafty, no attention paid to the problem areas. She faffed about with my headband for the facial and kept rubbing a wisp of hair into my face which was very off putting. The treatment wasn’t 80 minutes, we started at 10:21 and ended 11:36. She was waiting a just step outside the door with a tiny paper cone of water for a drink, which was thrust into my hand as we stood at the top of the staircase, and I was told the reception was downstairs to the left and she just walked off. I checked at reception that all was paid for and that was that, no thank you, no did you enjoy it, no goodbye, nothing at all. I felt like an inconvenience and that everything was a tick box exercise. I won’t be going back.
翻译：我预订了一个80分钟的护理疗程，用来兑换圣诞礼券。我提前五分钟到达（我觉得已经有点晚了！），却发现水疗中心大门紧闭，一个人影都没有。我只好去酒店前台（那里同样没有工作人员），等着有人出现。他们说会打电话给水疗中心让我进去。我按时进入水疗中心，准备开始护理。接待人员的态度极其冷淡，让我感觉非常尴尬！给我按摩的工作人员没有自我介绍，也不健谈或友好，我们之间的交流少得可怜。房间有点冷，按摩过程中我只盖着一条毛巾，而不是毯子。我个子很矮，身材也不算丰满，但感觉一点也不暖和舒适。按摩手法非常一般，感觉很轻柔，完全没有针对我的痛点进行按摩。她做面部护理时摆弄我的发带，还不停地把一缕头发揉到我的脸上，这让我非常不舒服。治疗时间并非80分钟，我们10点21分开始，11点36分结束。她拿着一个小小的纸筒水在门外等着，我们站在楼梯顶端时，她把水塞到我手里，告诉我接待处在楼下左边，然后她就走了。我去接待处确认已经付款，事情就这么结束了，没有一句谢谢，没有一句“您感觉如何”，没有一句“再见”，什么都没有。我觉得自己像个麻烦，一切都像是走过场。我不会再去了。
