9 days - Khagin Khar Lake - Fantastic Trek!

点评：My friend and I had a fantastic 9 day trip to Khagin Khar Lake. The tour guides were friendly and knowledgeable, the horseman was very organized and hard-working and the chef delivered 3 delicious cooked meals per day. We trekked through a variety of landscapes including mountain passes, woodland, river crossings and galloped across the grassy plains.
There was beautiful scenery everywhere we went, a lot of rare wildlife and the rare feeling of being totally separated from the rest of civilization.
Of course the experience was wonderful, however the biggest joy for me was the friendships that we were able to make with Zaya, Ulan, and Tsige. They were always positive, relaxed and full of laughter and it made our trip much easier and more enjoyable. We finished the week feeling like family and were very sad to say bye to them. We hope that we can visit again in the not too distant future! :D
