点评：The books and general atmosphere of the book side is amazing. Rows and rows and rooms of books, just a great way to spend an hour..
Unfortunately the cafe is just appalling. This used to be a lovely cafe, with decent food and decent prices. Now it's overpriced, lack of choice and just shocking.
The hot chocolate is just, well odd. It just tastes greasy and the film on top is horrible.
We both ordered sausage rolls, and well erm, we were shocked. The sausage roll is cut up into about 2inches and then it's pastry. The roll is filing, but just so small.
Last year I ate a sausage sandwich there and whilst not 100% accusing the cafe, I was very very ill on the way home. Cramps and just flushed and I felt my stomach churning and in pain. I was fine beforehand. I think the sausages are cooked in more fat than is needed.
I think if you order a cake, they are nice and look amazing. So if it's tea and cafe you're after, then this place is OK.
Anything more filling, I just wouldn't bother.
