Very peaceful resort.
Chaloklum Bay Resort的点评
点评：We’ve just had 6 nights in Chaloklum and had an excellent stay. It’s a very peaceful resort but has plenty of restaurants and a few bars. It doesn’t feel very touristy as it has a pier and fishing boats that the locals use. The sand is powder soft and the water was shallow when we were there. It is surrounded by jungle and sea eagles can be seen soaring around the bay during the day. It has an great market that starts at 4pm on a Sunday - it’s mainly food but there are a food other stalls. It’s a great atmosphere with bands busking on the pier.
There is a temple and the monks chant around sunset time which was magical to hear it from the beach whilst listening to the chanting.
It’s a very friendly resort and easy to get to from Thongsala. Would highly recommend is you want somewhere authentic and not touristy.
