点评：My family and I stayed here in August 2025. We found the check-in process to be very efficient and the reception staff very welcoming and helpful.
We were disappointed with the lodge. It lacked basic cooking essentials (oven gloves, baking trays, scissors etc) that you would expect. We reported this at reception who were only able to source one baking tray (for a family of 5...). The sofas were also very uncomfortable and far too low to the floor. We also found dirty glasses and plates in the cupboard, which is frustrating because you are only provided with one dishwasher tablet.
The onsite bar was tastefully decorated and welcoming - but it's a shame no one informed us about the discount we were eligible for until our last day. We were disappointed by this as we had made clear throughout our stay that we were staying in one of the on-site lodges. The food was good and well presented - but it's a shame none of the staff knew whether there were any highchairs for my 1-year old daughter!
Overall, we left disappointed. We raised our issues (again) with the reception team on check-out, where we were offered "10% off our next stay". No one particularly seemed to care about our poor experience and the token 10% gesture was insulting.
