Waste of time getting them to repair your bike

点评：I made an appointment to have my brakes bled on my bike in August. I had to get transport for my bike to be dropped off early that day. I also rang late morning to ask if it had been done. I was told it would be ready late afternoon. When I went to collect my bike late afternoon, again arrangjng transport, it hadn't been done. It was in exactly the same place as I left it with the tag on it and the woman seemed confused when I asked about it. I was then told they couldn't do it because the brakes were corroded and I should contact Giant. I couldn't believe this, the bike is relatively new and there wasn't any possibility of the brakes being corroded. I really needed my bike but then had to wait to have the brakes done at a bike shop in Ross. They completed it within a day, and when I asked if there were any problems, they said none at all. I believe that Dean Forest Cycles didn't even look at my bike and felt it easier to lie than tell me they had forgotten to do it. Wasting my time, my transport, my day and even charging £5 for the pleasure. Avoid
