点评：We were taken to the wrong snorkel tour to begin with.
When we arrived we had to wait a couple of minutes for the guide to arrive. We walked to the river where things where explained in Portugese, we don’t know the language so we where kinda lost in what we do and don’t do.
No English so we didn’t know anything. Because we don’t speak Portugese the guide left us out of the tour, we were set in the back of the group and… good luck.
During the tour the guide didn’t pay any attention to us. At one point we saw a caiman getting into to water… a meter behind us. We panicked and swam fast away from the caiman. Once we got to the group we yelled that we saw a caiman but they didn’t hear/wanted to hear. Once we got to the stairs to get out of the water, we tried to explain what we saw. But our guide laughed in our faces and made us seem like fools.
This was not a nice experience. When we came back to the building we tried to explain again, but they laughed at us again.
Honestly, this is not how you should treat your guests.
Never again!

到达目的地后，我们等了几分钟导游才出现。我们走到河边，导游用葡萄牙语讲解，我们不懂葡萄牙语，所以完全不知道该做什么。
导游不会说英语，所以我们什么都不知道。因为我们不会说葡萄牙语，导游就把我们排除在外，把我们安排在队伍的最后面……真是倒霉透了。
游览过程中，导游根本没注意到我们。有一次，我们看到一只凯门鳄在我们身后一米的地方下水……我们吓坏了，赶紧游开。游到队伍后面后，我们大声喊着说看到了凯门鳄，但他们根本没听见/不想听。到了上岸的台阶，我们试图解释我们看到的情况。但导游却当面嘲笑我们，让我们看起来像傻瓜一样。
这真是一次糟糕的经历。回到酒店后，我们再次尝试解释，但他们又嘲笑我们。
说真的，你们不应该这样对待客人。
以后再也不会来了！
