Spice Route Destination的点评
点评：As a mobility specialist, I visited Spice Route to evaluate its accessibility. While the experience has potential, it currently falls short of being truly inclusive.
The Positives:
While there isn't a technically designated disabled parking bay at the entrance, there is an area on the side that allows for a straight, level path into the venue, which is helpful for loading and unloading.
The Challenges:
Pathways: Although designated wheelchair paths exist, they are not built to standard specifications, making navigation more difficult than it should be.
Restrooms: The most significant issue is the location of the disabled toilet. It is situated on such a steep incline that even a powerful mobility scooter could not manage the climb, requiring physical assistance to reach it.
Inconsistency: Because the estate features many independent shops and vendors, the experience varies wildly from one door to the next.
Verdict:
It is a beautiful destination, but from a disability point of view, it requires significant upgrades to its infrastructure to be considered truly accessible. For now, it is a 3-star experience for those relying on mobility aids.
