Felt cheated and disappointed

点评：I booked the 'great escape' package for myself and my sister as a Christmas treat for her first visit to NI at £160 each. We expected a full relaxing day to enjoy the facilities. We were left very disappointed. We booked in for breakfast to start the day and we arrived at the spa at 10.30 for treatments to start at 10.45. We were handed a lunch voucher for £12.50 each although the main courses started at £14.50 and lunch served until 3pm. Our treatments finished at about 12.30 and we were taken to the relaxation room where there was a jug of water and some packet biscuits and we chilled for 15 minutes. We had 10 minutes in the hot tub and 10 minutes in the jacuzzi before we had to get showered and dressed in order to get upstairs for lunch. The restaurant was packed and it took 20 minutes for us to get seated. Overall I wouldn't recommend wasting money for this day. It would have been much better to split the treatments, serve lunch in the spa so that a full day can be enjoyed relaxing rather than rushing to get dressed for lunch and not wanting to get undressed again to enjoy the facilities. These changes as a minimum to make the day on par with other spa day packages we have enjoyed. Definitely wouldn't call it a luxurious relaxing escape, wouldn't book again or recommend to my guests.Would have been 1 star but the therapists were lovely.
