So sorry I have to write such a negative rview...

点评：unfortunately I feel I must write a negative review of a place we have loved going. I called last Saturday afternoon and was albe to get tickets for that evening with a will call pick up. Since it had been many years since we had been to the theater I put it in my gps which sent me to 4242 Campus dr. there was no theater or parking lot there. I then loooked it up and got the same address. After driving around for quite a while still no theater or parking and nothing open where I could ask for directions. Needless to say, we never made it to the theater that night. I called on monday asking what was going on and was told if asked they tell customers how to exactly find the theater and parking. They do not offer this information and then said maybe they should and would I like directions now? Obviously that was of no use to me and I went on to say how disappointed I was in their customer service. i was told sorry...no offer to refund my ticket or allow mw to use it another time. There are many theaters we can attend but especially like the Barclay and now am left with a very sad experience.
