Overpriced, in need of an update. Hot tubs not working. Mould in showers. Plp walking around with bare feet. Overcrowded

点评：Hot tubs not working on Valentine’s Day of all days, the lovely glass windows you see in the pictures were all dirty and there is no decorations like the ones you see in that picture- not now anyway. There’s actual RUST in a part of the pool and the plastic flaps you have to go through to get in the pool need updating. Mould in the showers. People walking around with no slip ons including a male with really bad fungal nails. The first experience for the feet is COLD water. Like for real?? We did complain about the hot tubs being cold and staff told us “there is a warning outside (that we could not see- after we complained we went back and did indeed see it- and we can’t close because one experience isn’t working”. So we did speak to the manager who was lovely and did give us a scalp massage as compensation but I would not want to return. We have been to other places far superior for the same price. All afternoon I was just COLD! The best part for me was the shower at the end. It was actually HOT. Because I have asthma I can not tolerate very hot steam rooms or very hot saunas. The first sauna downstairs was actually ok for me. Most staff were lovely and Danielle who did our scalp massage was really good. The place needs a good clean especially around the pool and the things I mentioned are an easy fix hence why it really bothered me to pay over £200 for an afternoon spa (with no treatments) and end up feeling so disappointed.
