Location for belfry amazing, hotel dated and standards poor.

点评：Wheelchair accessibility through bar & restaurant was very poor and restricted, no ramp to outdoor seating area. Disabled bedroom/bathroom was ok the toilet was good, shower chair was mucky & the shower floor flooded. Certain areas of the room were thick in dust, as shown below thick dust on the safe door , bins weren’t big enough for disabled sanity items considering it was a disabled room.
Room fridge clicked on/off constantly which was loud throughout the night.
Put up bed was very flimsy I’d say not suitable for 10 years and above.
Disabled room was located on ground floor right next to fire exit, 10/10.
Wine glass brought back from the bar on Tuesday night and was still there in the room when we checked out on Friday morning, very poor room service/clean down.
Meal choice was very poor in the restaurant.
Steph from reservations was absolutely amazing with communication before our stay and honestly put us so at ease with regard to organising disabled room for our disabled son and helping with the parking etc it’s just a shame the hotel let it down. If only the hotel had met the standards she set.
