点评:I had a very poor experience, my impression is they have one objective: to extract as much money from their customers as possible.
Two weeks after my rental ended they took $375 from my credit card account. I contacted them immediately. Apparently, I'd requested the premium insurance at check-in, and they'd 'forgotten' to charge me. 'Fortunately', their online check-in was broken and so I'd checked in through their online chat function, the transcript of which proved conclusively.
You might think they'd be apologetic? No, within 2 hours of raising the issue (now three weeks after my rental ended) they were able to rustle up a ludicrous and fabricated damage report. (See the pictures). Although it was convincing at first.
After sourcing better images, it was obvious they were attempting to charge me almost $700 for a reflection in the paintwork. Google Street View showed it was clearly of the building opposite.
Interestingly the damage report also specified that the damage (reflection) was down to the primer.
What do I infer from this?
* damage reports are produced without a physical inspection of the vehicle
* they're not on your side
* you could easily be charged for non-existent damage
* the depot staff have zero say in the process. They might tell you everything is OK, but it's not their call
* pay with a good credit card so you can do a charge back.
Eventually, I got all my money back but it was a massive hassle and stressful. I was lucky because the damage report they sent me was so ludicrous and I had transcripts to back up my claims. If they'd cropped the 'damage' pictures more closely, and been a little more conservative in their claims it could easily have turned out differently.
