点评：WARNING: Do not rent from IndieCampers! Our experience:
o Camper too old to be allowed to rent out (the location manager actually thought so too, but yes there was no other van available ....)
o Different essential things were broken or were even missing (for example, having the exhaust repaired twice of which the first time immediately when picking up the camper.) This cost us the effort and vacation time. In the end we had a list of 20 defects!
o The inventory is so basic that you have to invest yourself. For example in clothing hangers for the hanging cupboard, in soup bowls/ deep plates, a good cuttingknife for vegetables and meat, a.s.o
o Communication with customer service on the road is downright bad.
o Complaint handling is abominable. You get an answer quickly but only with a sop of sweetener. After a lot of nagging, we eventually get the meager amount of 5% return.
o The basic rental price is almost doubled before you actually drive away in the camper. Only the so-called service costs are already 50% of the basic ren
