It has now been six days since I cancelled my booking with Indie Campers, and they are refusing to refund my money.
The most frustrating part is that I never picked up or used their vehicle at all. I did not drive it, damage it, or use any of their services.
What makes the situation even more concerning is that Indie Campers has now cancelled the booking on their website, which makes me wonder whether they have made the vehicle available to rent to someone else while still refusing to return my money.
I have contacted them and asked for a clear explanation and a refund, but so far I have not received a satisfactory solution.
