点评：I am absolutely disgusted. I made an honest mistake in confusing the start time for an overnight tour. (booked for 12 AM - 4 AM on the 25th but mistakenly came on the 25th and not the 24th)
After driving an hour with work the next day I was rudely met by the gate keeper who told me just to go home. Didn't care, didn't work with me, didn't say sorry, just go home..... He then proceeded to tell me that the owner is a great person and will contact me. He took my info and told me to expect an email. Never received anything and basically was told that my mistake was my fault and I will get no refund or ability to come back. (Tickets were $150 for my wife and me... that could have been food for us or gas but nope, it'll go to this greedy, disgusting woman instead.)
I hope this woman/owner knows how terrible she is. I hope she loses the place due to poor business management. Save your money let this place fail so that a new owner can come and fix the admin issues.
