点评：NOT at all worth the money. The grounds were unkempt and overgrown. None of the vegetation was unusual or unique to me. I do not believe for one second Smith actually lives here. The house is a nice "set". It all looked very staged to me.
Let me start with the knee high grassy parking area. (You would think at $99 per head they could at least mow the dang lawn! Our tour guide read nearly everything from her notes. Heck I would've much rather meandered on my own through the grounds than listening to her painful descriptions of every single little thing. After HOURS of walking and sweating we made our way back to the tent area in hopes lunch would soon follow. They had salads and desert set out on the tables and we waited for over an hour with the food sitting there in the very warm temperature with egg, a few strips of dry chicken, some olives, etc. on a bed of leaves that looked like they pulled from the yard. The pie was decent but I only took a bite as I was hesitant to eat anything after it sat in the heat and flies were everywhere on the food. Gross. We were in a tent with plastic windows that made it even hotter. There were at least 75 people there on this one day. I'm sure it wouldn't be out of the budget to build a structure and at least let us eat the puny salad in an ac/heated room. Come on now! Allen came in after lunch, answered some questions and signed some stuff. I didn't find him to be that genuine or engaging... just "on". Save your money and visit your local nursery. Boy I tell ya, TV sure is fake.
