Malolo Fisher Sports and Charter took $3,622 from me and completely failed to deliver the service. We were told to arrive at the port at 8:00 am, despite them already knowing that their boat was not operational. They still had us turn up, then told us to sit in a café and wait while feeding us excuse after excuse, none of which were truthful.
Our entire morning was wasted, and the charter never went ahead because the boat was broken. This was not a last minute issue. They clearly knew in advance and chose to take our money anyway.
Now they are refusing to provide a refund, which is unacceptable given that they could not deliver the charter at all. Even worse, they are still advertising and taking bookings from other customers while knowing the boat is not working.
This behaviour is dishonest, unprofessional, and feels like a deliberate attempt to take advantage of tourists. If you value your time and your money, stay well clear of this operator.
