Roker Park Conservation Area的点评
点评：This park is lovely. We had a lovely walk along the seafront then headed into the park beach side.
There's a fabulous waterfall to the left once you'rein, which I noticed today for the first time.
There's a lovely walk past a large lake/pond and the park is maintained beautifully.
There's ongoing work on a bandstand, which should be stunning when completed.
There's a cafe inside the park too.
Roker is a stunning area and you can see the council have spent a lot of money on the park, seafront and surrounding area.
I really don't think this area is promoted enough. It's absolutely gorgeous. Along the seafront there's some stunning planted areas and plenty of seating.
The whole area is a hidden gem which a lot of people won't even know about.
I find Sunderland council will spend a lot of money on the more affluent areas within the city, but very little on towns and villages on the outskirts of sunderland
Complaints aside this is a gorgeous area with a beautiful beach and plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants.
