Old bird and Gangster Granny

点评：We attended On Thursday where was quite windy and at the time of our visit very gusty wind. However we were told hopefully ok for few hours and they were closing early due to weather.
We got through early and set up into our kit / friendly and confident staff at reception and kit up. We then walked to the “little zip” and did that. Impressed with the systems in place to get people on and checked and away on the line. Great ride and good way of trusting the kit and enjoying the ride before proceeding to the big one.
Bumpy ride in old DAF army truck which took me back from driving them. Same system again up top and opportunity first to look at the view. We were blessed with fabulous rainbow but it was crazy windy!
We waited until last in our group so could go as a 3 but unfortunately I was “weighted off” as over 100kg and deemed too windy . All in stop for a brief while.
Anyway we ere given a lift back down to the bottom and rebooked for the following day.
Arrived on Friday , saw the ladies who were working the top on Thursday and gave them a chocolate bar for being nice on Thursday. We were taken straight up to the top by landrover and swiftly set off and sent on our way!
WHAT A RIDE! Brilliant. Me and Gangster Granny at 81 years old. She loved it too!
They looked after us with a lift back to the start as bit of a walk for granny.
Get it booked - well worth the money.

乘坐老旧的DAF军用卡车体验了颠簸的旅程，这让我回想起以前驾驶这类卡车的经历。车上同样配备了前述系统，还能借此机会欣赏沿途风景。我们很幸运地看到了漂亮的彩虹，不过当时风大得离谱！
我们在队伍中排在最后，本可以三人一起骑行，可惜我体重超过100公斤，加上风力过大，被判定不适合参与。最后整个队伍都暂时停了下来。不管怎样，我们被载回山底，并重新预约了第二天的行程。
周五到达后，我们见到了周四在山顶工作的那些女士们，为了感谢她们当天的悉心照料，我们送了她们巧克力棒。随后我们被一辆路虎车直接送到山顶，然后便立刻出发继续旅程了！
真是一次超棒的体验啊！太棒了。我和81岁的“黑帮奶奶”一起体验了这次行程，她也喜欢得不得了！
最后，为了帮奶奶减少步行距离，他们还安排车送我们回到起点。赶紧预订吧——绝对物超所值。
