Slow and the marshall did nothing about the pace of play. Won't be back.

点评：We put up with the slow play for most of the round, but finally couldn't take it anymore and left the course after hole 16. We were way above the pace of play they mentioned of 4:20 or so. We passed 5 groups of 4 on our way out. Two on hole 17, one on the tee of 18, one in the fairway, and one on the green of 18. There was actually a guy cleaning a man's clubs while on 18.
When I checked in, the pro at Mid South told me I didn't have a tee time and that a tournament closed it for 6 months. He did not seem at all interested in my situation.
I had to walk back in and have him check if it was mistakenly made at one of their other sister courses. It was. I know the booking was messed up on their end because I was told the green fee for Mid South and we ended up paying a very different amount at Talamore where they made the time.
If you are in a service industry, provide pleasant and not rude service.
